About RBS

Realtime Business Solutions (RBS) is a wholly owned Australian company formed in 1991.

RBS specializes in the development of software applications for the Container Handling Industry. It has many years experience in software development and has worked exclusively in the Container Handling Industry for the past 16 years. During this time it has provided a consulting service to the Shipping and Rail Container Handling Industry, developed highly specific State of the Art software for the Container Handling Industry and has carried out the installation of 'Terminal Operation System' software in 24 Container Handling operations in Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Japan, Indonesia, Panama, Romania, Italy and Egypt. It is currently preparing to install its software in 2 terminals in Germany.

Through out many years, R.B.S. has  listened to its customer and has spent a lot of effort and investment in Research and Development to create the latest product called TOPS-Advance in order to fulfil the growing demand of its customer’s and also future requirements.

Since it was first introduced to the market in 2004, TOPS-Advance has attracted many customers such as EuroGate (Bremerhaven and Hamburg Terminals in Germany), AP Moller Terminals (Port Said in Egypt), Mitsubishi Terminal (Yokohama Terminal in Japan), Wan Hai Line (Kaoshiung Terminal), and recently Saigon New Port (Cat Lai Terminal in Vietnam).  TOPS-Advance is considered by many operators to be the best available to the Container Handling Industry today in both functionality and superior architecture.

Furthermore, RBS has established a very good and long term relationship with customers over  the years. We believe that our track records, plus our experiences in industry and the new product TOPS-Advance will make the best solution for TERMINAL.
