The purpose of the company is to operate an IT enterprise that advises other enterprises for all kinds of questions regarding information technology, along with the development, authoring, implementation, adaptation, maintenance, and placement of computer software and hardware and IT services, and conducting training courses. We also purchase, hold, manage, and divest holdings, particularly majority holdings in a number of companies, particularly companies in the IT sector, on our own behalf and for our own account, and we assume and perform services such as administration and marketing for such companies and all transactions conducted in this context. All data collection is exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the business purposes of the company.

General Information

We also process personal data when you visit our web pages.

To enable the pages to be displayed in your browser, we have to process the IP address of the device you are using. We also collect other information about the browser on your device.

We are required by data protection laws to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the personal data processed in our IT systems.

For this purpose, we log the following data:

  • IP address of the calling computer
  • Operating system of the calling computer
  • Browser version of the calling computer
  • Name of the retrieved file
  • Date and time of access
  • Data volume transmitted
  • Referral URL

The IP address is deleted within 7 days from all systems related to the operation of the web pages. As a result, we can no longer trace the remaining data back to a specific individual.

We also use this data to correct errors on the web pages and to defend against potential attacks.

The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our "interest" pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f is the operation of this website and implementation of the protection objectives confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

Our web pages use cookies. Cookies are small text files that are saved on your user device by your browser. These cookies are required to enable certain features of our web pages. We set session cookies, which are deleted from your browser automatically as soon as you leave our website. We also use persistent cookies for web analytics.

This website uses ClickDimensions, a web analysis service provided by ClickDimensions LLC. This solution allows users' activities on our web pages to be tracked. ClickDimensions uses cookies for this purpose. The information about your use of this website collected by ClickDimensions (e.g. pages visited) is transmitted to a ClickDimensions server in the USA where it is saved, analyzed and the result provided to us. Embedded YouTube videos

We embed YouTube videos on some of our web pages. The operator of the corresponding plugin is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, United States. When you visit a page with the YouTube plug in, a connection is established with YouTube's servers. In this process, YouTube is notified which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account at the time, YouTube can assign your surfing patterns to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

When you start a YouTube video, the provider sets cookies that collect information about user behavior.

If you have deactivated the saving of cookies for Google's ad program, you do not have to expect any such cookies when watching YouTube videos, either. YouTube also saves non-personal usage information in other cookies, however. If you wish to prevent this, you must block the saving of cookies in your browser.

Our website contains a contact form, which you can use to request information about or products or establish contact with us in general. In addition to the voluntary information and the contents of your message, we require you to provide the following information:

We need this information to process your inquiry, to address you correctly, and to send you an answer.

Should data no longer be needed in the framework of a customer or prospective customer relationship or if a conflicting interest of the customer takes priority, we will delete all the relevant data, as long as no legal data retention requirements prevent its deletion.

The data collected via the contact form will be stored in our CRM system to process your request. The system used is Microsoft Dynamics CRM, the processing of the data takes place in Ireland.

Our website uses tracking pixel technology from unn | UNITED NEWS NETWORK GmbH (https://www.unn-online.de) to identify company-relevant website visitors. Only the IP address of a website visitor is processed. The processing takes place exclusively for the purpose of collecting company-relevant information such as: B. to collect the company name.
